Client Context & Objectives
HS Sales GmbH (Toredo Trading), based in Munich, Germany, is a leading consumer electronics eCommerce distributor specializing in smartphones, tablets, and smart home hardware across Europe.
The Core Technical Challenge
The company was managing listings and orders manually across multiple European channels (Amazon, eBay, Rakuten). Without centralized inventory and serial-number tracking, stock mismatches occurred frequently, and barcode printing for warehouse shipments was inefficient.
My Role & Architectural Approach
Role: Principal Full-Stack Architect. Led multi-year architecture and feature delivery for the company's core ERP and inventory hub.
Built a centralized Django and React platform integrating eBay, Amazon, and Rakuten APIs. Designed a comprehensive serial-number tracking system, automated barcode PDF generation, retail outlet manual checkout workflows, and automated product description templating.

- Maintained continuous multi-year engineering collaboration spanning 3+ years of reliable deliveries.
