A German PropTech platform enabling property owners and brokers to list residential and commercial real estate across multiple German property portals simultaneously.
The Core Technical Challenge
Brokers had to manually upload listings and monitor lead inboxes across multiple portals (ImmobilienScout24, Immowelt, etc.), causing slow lead responses and lost tenant deals.
My Role & Architectural Approach
Role: Full-Stack Architect & API Engineer. Developed property syndication services, unified lead mailbox, and multi-language interface.
Engineered API connectors and structured web ingestion to publish property listings across multiple portals from a single submission. Consolidated all incoming prospect inquiries into a unified, labeled mailbox with English and German localization.
